» The Mall Group has begun charging B1 for each plastic bag to coincide with the International Plastic Bag Free Day on Jul 3. Shoppers at The Mall, Emporium, EmQuartier and Siam Paragon are being encouraged to bring their own bags for all their shopping needs.
