» Mexican cuisine is no stranger to Bangkok, which is pretty cool when you think about the fact that Mexico is more than 15,000km away. Tacos, burritos and enchiladas are easily found all over the city so to have yet another resto adding to the already crowded arena may seem unwise. However, Tortilla Quemada is aiming to set itself apart from the rest of the fray by touting itself as serving authentic Mexican fare, and it wants nothing more than to prove itself to the residents of Bangkok.
