» In an effort to curb the spread of the coronavirus, Japan from today is barring the entry of foreign nationals who have recently travelled to Thailand and six other countries: Cambodia, Sri Lanka, the Seychelles, Saint Lucia, East Timor and Mongolia. That brings to 159 the number of countries and regions under such restrictions by Tokyo.
Slowing the suicide epidemic

» When I was younger, whenever I heard about someone committing suicide, I asked myself how anyone could choose that path, leaving the world and their loved ones behind? To me, it doesn't make anything better. As I grow older, the way I see things has changed, and I have learned to better understand how and why some people suffer. As our understanding grows, perhaps we can do more to help before things get out of hand.
