Italian-Thai Development approves $400m capital raise for subsidiary

» The board of listed contractor Italian-Thai Development (ITD) has approved the US$400-million capital increase plan of its subsidiary AAPC Holding (AAPCH), paving the way for China's SDIC Mining Investment Co to acquire 49% of the potash business for more than 8.4 billion baht.
