» Awareness of environmental issues has driven the trend of producing environmentally-friendly products. Following in this light, Thailand Inventors' Day 2025, which was organised by the National Research Council of Thailand and held from Feb 2-6, showcased eco-friendly products made to save the environment. Here are three outstanding products that were on display.

» When seeing someone cry, most people feel concerned and sad. However, seeing the art toy Crybaby, which takes the form of an adorable crying girl, can make you smile. The exhibition "Everybody/Cries/Sometimes" by Nisa "Molly" Srikumdee, draws large crowds even on weekdays due to Crybaby's popularity. It has international fans from many countries including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. Despite speaking different languages, international and local viewers enjoy taking photos with Crybaby in its various designs.
No longer the bridesmaid

» Some 3,000kg of baby's breath flowers decorated a wedding reception under the concept of "The Flower Nebula". After the reception, Chayawat Panjaphakdee, better known as "Joe Rainforest", the managing director of Rainforest Thailand and Rakdok, did not want to trash the flowers. When Seacon Square Srinakarin asked him to design a flower event for the MUNx2 zone, dubbed an "artibition", or an area for an art exhibition, he came up with the idea of a floral show titled "Imaginative Cloud" and reused the baby's breath flowers from the wedding to design displays in eight locations.
