» In the 90s, the art exhibition "Contemporary Art In Asia: Traditions/Tensions", curated by guest curator, Apinan Poshyananda, displayed artworks created by many artists from Asia, including Thailand, the Philippines, South Korea, Indonesia and India. The exhibition was showcased in three locations in New York City.

» Four years ago, illustrator Naruemon Yimchavee, better known as Banana Blah Blah, felt so burnt out from work she decided to take a break. She travelled to several provinces in the North including Phrae, Nan and Lampang. After staying in Lampang for five days, the peaceful atmosphere comforted her and she decided to live there.

» Napath Kuntaruck, known as Fahfahs, is an illustrator skilled in creating characters. Her fans particularly adore her cute female characters depicted in pink. Last year, Napath participated in a group exhibition titled "When Snowflakes Fall" at River City Bangkok. She created a tale of several snowy fairies, including a black fairy named Midnight who embodied sorrow and darkness. Unlike other bright and cheerful characters, Midnight became popular among viewers and this inspired Napath to create an exhibition where Midnight plays a major role.

» A 20-year-old female influencer, Gigi, and her air force cadet boyfriend Ikkyu were recently found dead in her condominium. A pistol, belonging to Ikkyu's father who is a military general, was discovered next to their bodies. Since only two individuals were present at the crime scene, police believe that Gigi's 19-year-old boyfriend may have shot her and then taken his own life.
