Around 13% of children aged between six and 14 fall victim to obesity while an estimated 13% of adolescents aged 15 to 18 suffer from the disease. Meanwhile, the percentage of obese children has risen from 4-5% to 9-10% for those below the age of five.

» Audio-based social networking app Clubhouse has become popular in the past few weeks. The app is similar to a traditional radio station in which a DJ or a moderator allows listeners to participate and speak in a programme. In order to access Clubhouse, users must be invited by a friend and currently, the app is available only on iOS for iPhone and iPad users. Clubhouse has stated that it is working on an Android version but has not set a launch date yet. Due to the app's popularity in Thailand, Clubhouse invitations are being sold on social media and e-commerce websites.

Female natural body lines, gorgeous shapes and aesthetic forms have been brought into classic and elegant visuals by exceptional photographer Sylvie Blum at the photo exhibition "Naked Beauty" at the Museum of Contemporary Art (Moca Bangkok). This is the first exhibition in Asia that displays more than 100 images taken by Blum, including original prints from her "Naked Beauty Series", her world-famous "Big Cat Series" and her "Animal Series" as well as 200 images showing her very own diary over the past 20 years.
