» Located in Japan's Chiba Prefecture, Sawara is a beautiful small town, only 70km away from the capital Tokyo. The town is renowned for its historical architecture from the Edo Period (1603–1868) and two traditional festivals -- the Sawara Hina Festival and Sawara Grand festival. Recently, scenic views of the town in photographs on facebook.com/wonder.sawara -- created to promote the town of Sawara among Thai tourists -- caught the eye of watercolourist Chatchai Thammaphirome, aka AnimaToey, and inspired him to paint.

» A volunteer garbage collector in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Suthep Naktang spotted a lot of used surgical masks left on beaches in the province, which added to piles of trash he and his volunteer group collects everyday. The same happened in the northern province of Kamphaeng Phet, where people found discarded surgical masks, used tissue paper and disposed medical gloves littering Sirijit Park. Even in Bangkok, a street sweeper reportedly said she found up to five discarded surgical masks on the street every day.

» Pathompawn Nadoo surprised many of his friends when he decided to pursue e-sports in university. Amid people who frowned upon his calling, the 19-year-old was certain it was the right decision. A freshman at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Pathompawn said he has always been passionate about video games and dreams of becoming a gamecaster in the future. Before enrolling in the e-sports course, he was gamecasting on his YouTube channel Soldsaga KunG.
