» รฟม. จัดพิธีเปิดศูนย์ฝึกอบรมบุคลากรระบบราง (Training Center) เตรียมพร้อมผลิตบุคลากร พัฒนาระบบขนส่งทางรางให้ก้าวหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมี นายไพรินทร์ ชูโชติถาวร รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดศูนย์ฝึกอบรมบุคลากรระบบราง (Training Center) มี H.E. Mr. Shiro Sadoshima เอกอัครราชทูตญี่ปุ่นประจำประเทศไทย นายมานิตย์ สุธาพร ผู้ช่วยเลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม นายธีรพันธ์ เตชะศิรินุกูล รองผู้ว่าการ (กลยุทธ์และแผน) รักษาการผู้ว่าการการรถไฟฟ้าขนส่งมวลชนแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟม.) นายสุเทพ พันธุ์เพ็ง กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท รถไฟฟ้า ร.ฟ.ท. จำกัด และนายสมบัติ กิจจาลักษณ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ทางด่วนและรถไฟฟ้ากรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) (BEM) พร้อมด้วย ผู้แทนจาก JICA ผู้แทนจาก Tokyo Metro ผู้บริหาร รฟม. และ ผู้บริหาร BEM เข้าร่วมพิธี ซึ่งกระทรวงคมนาคม ได้มีนโยบายในการจัดตั้งกรมการขนส่งทางราง เพื่อทำหน้าที่กำกับดูแลหน่วยงานที่ให้บริการระบบขนส่งทางราง ซึ่งตามมาตรฐานในการดูแลระบบรางจะต้องมีการออกใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถไฟฟ้าให้แก่ผู้ที่ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานขับรถไฟฟ้า แต่ในปัจจุบันนี้ประเทศไทยยังไม่มีระบบการออกใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถไฟฟ้าดังกล่าว ดังนั้น กระทรวงคมนาคม จึงมอบนโยบายให้ รฟม. พิจารณาดำเนินการจัดตั้งศูนย์ฝึกอบรมบุคลากรระบบราง (Training Center) เพื่อผลิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรในระบบรางให้มีความรู้ความสามารถ มีทักษะความชำนาญด้านเทคโนโลยีรถไฟฟ้า ตลอดจนสามารถออกใบขับขี่สำหรับคนขับรถไฟฟ้าได้ตามมาตรฐานสากล และเพียงพอต่อความต้องการภายในประเทศ ตามแผนแม่บทระบบขนส่งทางรางในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล (M-MAP) ระยะ 20 ปี (พ.ศ. 2553 – 2572) เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในการขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาการคมนาคมระบบรางของประเทศไทยในระยะยาวต่อไป ทั้งนี้ รฟม. ได้ประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานให้บริการระบบรถไฟฟ้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อดำเนินการตามนโยบายของกระทรวงคมนาคมในการจัดตั้งศูนย์ฝึกอบรมฯ ดังกล่าว โดยใช้พื้นที่ภายในศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงรถไฟฟ้าคลองบางไผ่ ของรถไฟฟ้ามหานคร สายฉลองรัชธรรม (MRT สายสีม่วง) ที่มีความทันสมัยและมีความพร้อมสำหรับเป็นสถานที่จัดฝึกอบรม โดยเป็นอาคาร 2 ชั้น ภายในประกอบด้วย ห้องฝึกอบรมภาคทฤษฎี 4 ห้อง ห้องฝึกอบรมภาคปฏิบัติ 3 ห้อง ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ 1 ห้อง ห้องสอบภาคทฤษฎี 1 ห้อง และสำนักงาน 1 ห้อง รวมทั้งมีอุปกรณ์จำลองการขับเคลื่อนและอุปกรณ์สำหรับฝึกใช้งาน โดยในระยะเริ่มต้นจะเปิดอบรมเฉพาะพนักงานของผู้ให้บริการรถไฟฟ้าที่ให้บริการอยู่ในปัจจุบันในตำแหน่งพนักงานควบคุมรถไฟฟ้า และหัวหน้าพนักงานควบคุมการเดินรถ ซึ่งผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกอบรมสามารถนำใบรับรองผลการฝึกอบรม ไปประกอบการขอใบอนุญาตจากกรมการขนส่งทางรางที่จะจัดตั้งขึ้นตามพระราชบัญญัติการขนส่งทางราง พ.ศ. ... สำหรับในระยะยาว อาจมีการพิจารณาขยายศูนย์ฝึกอบรมฯ ให้สามารถรองรับการฝึกอบรมที่ครอบคลุมทุกตำแหน่งงานที่ระบุไว้ในร่างพระราชบัญญัติการขนส่งทางราง พ.ศ. ... ต่อไป ณ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมบุคลากรระบบราง อาคารศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงรถไฟฟ้าคลองบางไผ่ อำเภอบางใหญ่ จังหวัดนนทบุรีPublished caption : Staff at the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) join the launch of a training centre at Khlong Bang Phai maintenance depot in Nonthaburi's Bang Yai district.
