» One good thing about the real estate bubble and crash (oh yes it is!) is the renters' market it creates for restaurant entrepreneurs. Long Dtai

Special Publications, Published on 04/02/2020

» Long Dtai is on a small island just off Samui's Choeng Mon Bay. Just over a year ago, Cape Fahn Hotel opened to provide a discreetly splendid resort. Bold as Brasserie 9

Special Publications, Published on 26/01/2018

» Brasserie 9 at Asiatique the Waterfront proved a brasserie too far for the cosmopolitan crew targeted with its classic French cuisine.
