» Out of the following two phrases, "Bangkok is becoming World Book Capital" and "Thailand is becoming corruption-free", which is more likely to come true? While some may wish for the latter, we are going to have to let that go for now and start accepting that Bangkok is going to be the capital of books and reading next year... well as designated by Unesco anyway.
