» Chanakan “Atom” Rattana-udom (fb.com/atomoatom official, IG: @atomoatom) started writing lyrics when he was in Grade 5. This passion-driven songsmith kept improving his craft until he was signed to GMM Grammy during his freshman year at Thammasat University’s Law School. He has penned lyrics for Burin Boonvisut, Pop Pongkool and Da Endorphine. The 23-year-old recently made his debut as a singer-songwriter with his soul-pop single “Please”, currently topping the charts.

» Brian Woulfe is a tastemaker in more ways than one. At a young age, he was a classically trained pianist and later set up classical music label Landor Records. As an A-list interior designer with his studio, Designed by Woulfe, he makes dream homes for high-profile clients. He also runs a digitally led creative agency, Social with Woulfe. To provide a platform for LGBT professionals, he founded The Village Speakeasy. Now based in Phuket, the Irish-born decorator adds his flair to high-style private quarters, high-end properties and, most recently, the new Judith Leiber showroom at EmQuartier.

» Tawanna Thara has no recipe for success. After graduating from Chulalongkorn University, the creative director of Thea by Thara (www.theabythara.com, fb.com/Theabythara, IG: @theabythara) flew to the Big Apple to attend the prestigious Parsons The New School for Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Taking advantage of the experience she gained in the fashion industry, Tawanna, then age 26, started her eponymous clothing line, Thara, collections of which were sold in over 30 boutique stores in the US, the UK and Dubai. After returning to Bangkok in 2012, she debuted Thea by Thara, a sister brand showcasing a fusion of New York minimal coolness and feminine delicacy. Currently, Thea by Thara has five outlets in the city and expansions in Singapore, Indonesia and China.

The 34-year-old photographer has a keen eye — and it only serves to help his stomach. Inheriting a love for cooking from his grandmother, Sunya was selected as a contestant of the reality game show The Amazing Food Challenge: Fun In The Philippines 2 (www.asianfoodchannel.com/afcfoodchallenge2). After a series of physically demanding adventure- and culinary-based challenges spread throughout 13 episodes, Sunya emerged victorious over nine other hopefuls from the Asia-Pacific region, taking home a cash prize of US$30,000 (about B980,000).

She left her engineering job at SCG to pursue her passion for the art of pastry making after honing her skills at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School. The full-time patissier is now responsible for the production of all pastries at the three branches of Sweet Escape (fb.com/sweetescapist) in Chon Buri and Rayong as well as the newly opened Guilty Pleasure by Sweet Escape (Na Jomtien Soi 40, Chon Buri, 083-226-6500, fb.com/GPESC).
