» สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์และเข็มที่ระลึกแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติภารกิจช่วยเหลือทีมหมูป่าอะคาเดมเป็นชาวต่างชาติจำนวน 114 คน คนไทย 74คน ขณะที่ ข้าราชการ ทหาร ตำรวจ จะได้รับเข็มที่ระลึกครบรอบเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 5 รอบ 28 กรกฎาคม 2555 จำนวน 184 คน โดยพล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธีรับพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์และสิ่งอันเป็นที่ระลึกแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติภารกิจสำคัญที่เป็นผู้เสียสละอย่างยิ่ง เบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ในวันที่ 7 ก.ย. เวลา 15.00 น. ที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาลสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงมีพระมหากรุณาธิคุณโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์อันเป็นที่สรรเสริญยิ่งดิเรกคุณาภรณ์ และเข็มที่ระลึกเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๕ รอบ ๒๘ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๕ เพื่อเชิดชูเกียรติและเป็นสิริมงคลสูงสุดแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือทีมหมูป่าอะคาเดมีจนสำเร็จลุล่วงด้วยดี ด้วยความเสียสละ อุทิศตน แม้ภารกิจดังกล่าวมีความยากลำบากและสุ่มเสี่ยงเป็นอันตรายต่อชีวิต โดยผู้ที่ได้รับพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์และเข็มที่ระลึกในครั้งนี้ จำนวน ๓๗๒ ราย จำแนกเป็น ผู้ได้รับพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์อันเป็นที่สรรเสริญยิ่งดิเรกคุณาภรณ์ จำนวน ๑๘๘ ราย เป็นชาวต่างประเทศ จำนวน ๑๑๔ ราย ประชาชนทั่วไป จำนวน ๗๔ ราย และผู้ได้รับพระราชทานเข็มที่ระลึกเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๕ รอบ ๒๘ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๕ ประกอบด้วย ข้าราชการพลเรือน ทหาร และตำรวจ จำนวน ๑๘๔ ราย รัฐบาลจึงได้กำหนดจัดพิธีรับพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์และเข็มที่ระลึกแก่ผู้ได้รับพระราชทานเบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ในวันศุกร์ที่ ๗ กันยายน ๒๕๖๑ เวลา ๑๕.๓๐ น. ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล โดยมีพลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธาน คณะรัฐมนตรี ผู้บริหารส่วนราชการ และผู้แทนประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน ๔ ประเทศ ได้แก่ สาธารณรัฐฟินแลนด์ สหรัฐอเมริกา ราชอาณาจักรเบลเยียม และญี่ปุ่น ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน โดยผู้ที่ได้รับพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์และเข็มที่ระลึกที่เดินทางมารับพระราชทานเบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวในพิธีนี้ จำนวน ๒๒๓ ราย เป็นชาวต่างประเทศ จำนวน ๖ ราย จำแนกเป็น ชั้นปฐมดิเรกคุณาภรณ์ (ป.ภ.) ได้แก่ นายมิกโกะ ปาซิ จากสาธารณรัฐฟินแลนด์ ชั้นทุติยดิเรกคุณาภรณ์ (ท.ภ.) ได้แก่ นายจอชัว เดวิด มอร์ริส จากสหรัฐอเมริกา ชั้นเบญจมดิเรกคุณาภรณ์ (บ.ภ.) ได้แก่ นายเบน เรเมอแนนส์ จากราชอาณาจักรเบลเยียม นายฮิเดกิ ฟูริฮาตะ นายชิเกกิ มิยาเกะ จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น และนายบรูซ คอเนฟ จากสหรัฐอเมริกา สำหรับผู้ได้รับเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ชาวต่างประเทศที่ยังมิได้เข้ารับพระราชทานเบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์ครั้งนี้ เนื่องจากบางรายจะต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบตามธรรมเนียมและข้อปฏิบัติของแต่ละประเทศด้วย ในส่วนของประชาชนทั่วไป มีผู้เข้ารับพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ จำนวน ๕๒ ราย และผู้เข้ารับพระราชทานเข็มที่ระลึก จำนวน ๑๖๕ ราย ทั้งนี้ ผู้ที่ไม่สามารถเข้ารับพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ และเข็มที่ระลึกเบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวในครั้งนี้นั้น หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจักได้จัดพิธีรับพระราชทานตามวัน เวลา และสถานที่ที่เหมาะสมอย่างสมเกียรติยศที่ได้รับพระมหากรุณาธิคุณในโอกาสต่อไป *************************Published caption : Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha presides over a ceremony held at the behest of His Majesty the King to bestow 114 foreigners and 74 Thais with royal insignia for their joint rescue of 12 ‘Wild Boars’ footballers and their coach from Tham Luang cave in Chiang Rai’s Mae Sai district in July.
