» Bangkok, July 4, 2025 - The Chang Hua Man Royal Project in Phetchaburi Province recently welcomed a royal visit from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who graciously proceeded to the site on 3 July 2025 to perform royal duties and observe the progress of ongoing initiatives. On this occasion, Her Royal Highness granted an audience during which Miss Kobkul Kanchanalai, Deputy Director of the Royal Chitralada Projects, introduced Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, along with the company’s executive team, to present a progress report on Bangchak Group’s collaborative efforts in developing the Royal Project area. The audience was also graciously attended by officials and staff of the Royal Chitralada Projects, as well as Bangchak Group executives and employees.

Thai Airways, GreenYellow Partner on Clean Energy

» Bangkok, June 18, 2025 – GreenYellow (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a global investor and operator in solar energy production (Solar PPA) and energy efficiency, has joined forces with Thai Airways Public Company Limited, Thailand's national airline. This collaboration was formalised through the signing of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to invest in, install, operate, and maintain a comprehensive solar power generation system, including both rooftop and carport installations, at Thai Airways’ Head Office. Under the 20-year agreement, the system will have a total installed capacity of 999.7 kilowatt-peak (kWp) and is expected to generate 1,359 megawatt-hours (MWh) of electricity annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 589 tonnes per year. This marks a significant step, underscoring Thai Airways’ commitment to driving environmentally friendly and sustainable operations.

Bangchak Leads SAF Push at ‘Flying Green’ Forum

» Thailand’s growing commitment to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) took centre stage at the “Flying Green: Thailand’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel Forum”, jointly organised by the Board of Airline Representatives Business Association (BAR) and Thai Airways International Public Company Limited. The event brought together key stakeholders to explore advancements in SAF, including a presentation by Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited. Representing the company, Mr Bundit Hansapaiboon, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group, shared insights from the producer’s perspective in a session titled “Insights on SAF Production, Capabilities and Innovation”. Mr Korakot Chatasingha, President of BAR, and Mr Chai Eamsiri, CEO of Thai Airways International, delivered the opening remarks at the event, held recently at the Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Building 2, Thai Airways Head Office.
