» It was with some trepidation that I recently attempted to qualify for the US Open. I emptied my savings account and went and had a look at Aronimink Golf Club located just outside of Philadelphia in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The club has a rich history dating back to 1896. In 1926, Aronimink acquired 300 acres in Newtown Square and commissioned Donald Ross to design this historic golf course. On Memorial Day of 1928, the club moved into the current clubhouse.

» If you stand on the banks of the Khlong Saen Saep today, near the glossy high-rises of Wireless Road, you are witnessing a battle for the soul of Bangkok.
