» ประชาชนเดินข้ามทางม้าลายที่แยกอโศกขณะที่ยังมีผู้ขับขี่ยังฝ่าฝืนจอดล้ำและไม่หยุดรถที่ทางม้าลายกทม.ยกโมเดลทางม้าลายอโศกทวงคืนสิทธิคนข้ามถนน ขณะที่ ผกก.จราจร สน.ทองหล่อ เปิดเผยว่า พบผู้ใช้รถ 30,000 คัน จอดล้ำทางม้าลายแยกอโศกเตรียมรับใบสั่งถึงบ้าน 1 ก.พ.นี้กทม.ร่วมมือกับ สน.ทองหล่อ นำเทคโนโลยี AI มาใช้เก็บข้อมูลผู้ฝ่าฝืนวินัยจราจร เพื่อจะได้ดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย บริเวณทางม้าลายแยกอโศกมนตรี แต่จากการทดสอบระบบ 1 เดือน พบว่า มีผู้กระทำผิดกฎหมายมากถึง 25,094 คนแม้ว่าทำทางม้าลายให้กว้างขึ้นเป็นสีแดง-ขาว มีคำเตือน “พื้นที่จับปรับ” เพิ่มพื้นที่ให้รถจักรยานยนต์จอดรอไฟแดง ยกพื้นถนนให้เป็นเนินหลังเต่าตรงทางม้าลายที่เลี้ยวซ้ายผ่านตลอดเพื่อให้รถชะลอตัว รวมทั้งติดตั้งไฟส่องสว่างและไฟจราจรข้ามถนนแบบมีปุ่มกด เพื่อให้ทุกคนเดินข้ามทางม้าลายได้อย่างปลอดภัย ทั้งนี้ การบังคับใช้กฎหมาย เพื่อหวังเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมคนให้มี “วินัยจราจร” โดยลดการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ หันมาใช้เทคโนโลยีมากขึ้น ซึ่งหากประสบความสำเร็จ กทม.จะผลักดันโครงการนี้เป็นโมเดลต่อยอดให้ตำรวจในพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ซึ่งมีอำนาจ สามารถบังคับใช้กฎหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยังมีรถจักรยานยนต์หลายคัน ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย แม้จะมีข้อความพื้นที่จะปรับชัดเจนยังมีการจอดรถเกินเส้นให้จอดด้าน พ.ต.ท.ณรงค์วิช สุดกังวาล รอง ผกก.จราจร สน.ทองหล่อ เปิดเผยว่า ใช้ AI ตรวจจับรถกระทำความผิดจอดล้ำเส้นทางม้าลายแยกกอโศก พบฝ่าฝืนเฉลี่ยวันละ 1,000 คน รวมแล้วขณะนี้มากกว่า 30,000 คัน ที่ทำผิดกฎหมาย เตรียมส่งใบสั่งถึงบ้านเริ่ม 1 ก.พ.นี้Published caption : Motorists occupy a marked pedestrian crossing while they wait for a traffic light at Asoke intersection to turn green, which is a violation of traffic rules.
