» ตำรวจกองบังคับการปราบปรามการกระทำความผิดเเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา หรือ อย. เข้าบุกค้นบ้านหลังหนึ่งภายในซอยพระราม 2 ซอย 47 แขวงบางมด เขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร หลับสืบทราบว่าเป็นแหล่งผลิตครีมเถื่อน จากการเข้าตรวจค้นพบพนักงานกำลังกวนครีม 4 คน และเจ้าของอีก 1 คน ทราบชื่อนางสาวพาณี ปิตโต อายุ 52 ปี นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าในบ้านถูกแบ่งเป็นห้องกวนครีม มีสารสเตียรอยด์ ยาแก้อักเสบ ครีมเบส สีไม่ทราบชนิด หัวน้ำหอม และเครื่องกวนครีมพร้อมนำมาผสม ส่วยอีกห้องเป็นห้องสำหรับบรรจุครีม มีกระปุกครีมจำนวนมาก เบื้องต้นเจ้าหน้าที่สามารถตรวจยึดของกลางเป็นครีมสมุนไพร และครีมบำรุงผิวหลายยี่ห้อ ทั้งหมดไม่ได้ขออนุญาตในการผลิตจากอย จัดเป็นเครื่องสำอางปลอม หนึ่งในนั้นคือครีมตลับสีขาวฝาน้ำเงิน ที่ อย. เคยตรวจพบสารไฮโดรควิโนนและกรดเรทิโนอิก และส่งห้ามขายไปแล้วด้วย จากการสอบสวนนางสาวพาณี เจ้าของครีม ให้การรับสารภาพว่า เคยทำงานเป็นเซลล์ขายเครื่องสำอาง และเห็นว่าครีมลักษณะดังกล่าวขายดีติดตลาด จึงออกมาผสมครีมขายเอง โดยได้เช่าบ้านหลังดังกล่าว เพื่อไว้ใช้สำหรับกวนครีมมานานถึง 4 ปีแล้ว โดยได้มีการซื้อครีมเบส มาผสมกับสี และหัวน้ำหอม เพื่อแต่งกลิ่นและสี และผสมสารอันตราย เช่น สารปรอท หรือไฮโดรควิโนน กรดวิตามินเข้าไป แต่ช่วงหลังศาล 2 ตัวนี้หายาก จึงปรับสูตรไปใส่สารสเตียรอยด์ ก่อนจะนำไปติดฉลากยี่ห้อหรือสวมยี่ห้อที่เคยโด่งดังในตลาด นับเป็นรายใหญ่ที่ส่งขายเครื่องสำอางปลอมให้กับยี่ปั๊วถึง 4 เจ้า โดยเน้นขายในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ เบื้องต้นทาง อย.จะนำครีมและสารต้องสงสัยทั้งหมดไปตรวจสอบ ขณะที่ทางตำรวจจะเรียกเจ้าของมาสอบปากคำ ก่อนแจ้งข้อหา ผลิตเครื่องสำอางที่สงสัยว่ามีวัตถุที่ห้ามใช้เป็นส่วนผสม ผลิตเครื่องสำอางไม่จดแจ้ง ผลิตเครื่องสำอางที่ใช้ฉลากไม่ถูกต้อง และจะขยายผลตรวจสอบเส้นทางการเงิน จับกุมยี่ปั๊ว ซาปั๊ว ที่รับครีมเหล่านี้ไปขายต่อด้วย ด้านเภสัชกรหญิงสุภัทรา บุญเสริม รองเลขาธิการอย. ระบุว่า ครีมของกลางที่พบนี้ ล้วนแล้วแต่มีลักษณะที่เข้าข่าย มีส่วนผสมของสารสเตียรอยด์ ปรอท สารไฮโดรควิโนน กรดเรทิโนอิก ที่อยสั่งห้ามใช้ และแจ้งเตือนประชาชนหลายครั้ง เพราะสารเหล่านี้ เป็นอันตรายต่อร่างกาย แม้จะส่งผลเร็ว แต่เมื่อใช้ไประยะหนึ่ง จากผิวที่ดูขาวจะกลายเป็นดำคล้ำมีภาวะผิวบาง เกิดฝ้าถาวร หากเป็นสิวก็เสี่ยงติดเชื้อได้ง่าย ซึ่งหากเป็นรอยแผลถาวร ก็จะไม่สามารถรักษาให้หายขาดได้ จึงขอเตือนประชาชนอย่าซื้อครีมลักษณะนี้มาใช้ แต่ให้ซื้อครีมยี่ห้อที่มีความน่าเชื่อถือ และได้รับการจดแจ้งถูกต้องจากทางอย.Published caption : Police the Consumer Protection Police Division display large quantities of seized cosmetic products seized from a house in Bangkok’s Chom Thong district in a joint raid with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
