That warm glow you feel upon stepping inside? It comes from two places: the radiant bar and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. You can still feel the aura from the private upper floors, used exclusively for dining. The low-key outdoor area on the third floor would make an ideal spot to enjoy cold beer on tap, once the rainy season passes.
