» The Department of Fine Arts is examining newly discovered prehistoric artefacts initially believed to be from 2,500-3,000 years agoนครราชสีมา วันที่ 5 กรกฎาคม 2562 ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า นางสาวอทิตยา ถิระโชติ ภัณทารักษ์ปฏิบัติการ พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติพิมาย กรมศิลปากร ได้เดินทางไปตรวจสอบวัตถุโบราณที่นายสมพงษ์ สาระวัลย์ ชาวบ้านตลิ่งชัน หมู่ที่ 9 ต.จระเข้หิน อ.ครบุรี จ.นครราชสีมา ค้นพบภายในไร่มันสำปะหลังท้ายหมู่บ้าน ที่ถูกน้ำไหลหลากกัดเซาะหน้าดินจนเป็นร่องลึกลงไปกว่า 1 ฟุต ซึ่งอยู่ติดกับลำคลองต้นน้ำมูล โดยเป็นเครื่องปั้นดินเผา และหินรูปร่างคล้ายขวานกว่า 10 ชิ้น โดยผลจากการตรวจสอบทางเจ้าหน้าที่พิพิธภัณฑสถานพิมายระบุว่า เครื่องปั้นดินเผาและหินรูปร่างคล้ายขวานที่ถูกค้นพบ ส่วนหนึ่งเป็นวัตถุโบราณยุคก่อนประวัติศาสตร์ หรือยุคหิน คาดว่าจะมีอายุประมาณ 2,500 – 3,000 ปีโดยวัตถุโบราณที่ยืนยันยุคสมัยได้ ประกอบด้วย ภาชนะดินเผา 2 ชิ้น และขวานหินขัดอีก 7 ชิ้น ซึ่งคนในยุคนั้นจะใช้อุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวในการดำรงชีวิตประจำวัน โดยใช้ขวานหิน เป็นเครื่องมือในการตัดเฉือนสิ่งต่างๆ ส่วนเครื่องปั้นดินเผาก็จะใช้เป็นภาชนะใส่อาหาร น้ำและสิ่งของ นอกจากนี้ยังมีภาชนะดินเผาและเศษภาชนะที่แตกอีกจำนวนหนึ่งซึ่งยังไม่สามารถระบุยุคสมัยหรืออายุได้ ส่วนจุดที่มีการค้นพบนั้นจะเป็นแหล่งอยู่อาศัยเดิม หรือเป็นเพียงเส้นทางเดินผ่าน หรืออย่างไรนั้น จะต้องรอบการตรวจพิสูจน์และยืนยันผลจากนักโบราณคดีผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในเรื่องนี้อีกครั้งหนึ่งซึ่งหลังจากที่ทำการตรวจสอบเสร็จทางเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ทำการรับมอบวัตถุโบราณทั้งหมด เพื่อนำไปเก็บรักษาไว้ที่พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติพิมาย เพื่อเตรียมจัดแสดงให้ประชาชนได้ชม และจะได้นำหลักฐานข้อมูลรายละเอียดต่างๆ ส่งให้ทางสำนักศิลปากรที่ 10 นครราชสีมา เพื่อส่งนักโบราณคดีลงมาสำรวจพื้นที่อย่างละเอียดอีกครั้งหนึ่ง.Published caption : Seven ancient stone axe blades and three of the earthenware pots unearthed at a cassava plantation in Nakhon Ratchasima.
