» CESSNA 208 CARAVAN, 1917 / 208-00267, KASET - ROYAL THAI AGRICULTURAL AIR DIVISION เมื่อเวลา 09.30 น. วันที่ 24 ก.ย.62 ได้เกิดเหตุเครื่องบินเล็กของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รุ่นCessna Caravan สีเขียว – ขาว สังกัดกรมฝนหลวงและการบินเกษตร หมายเลขเครื่อง 1917 ตกที่บริเวณเขาสามชั้น หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลลุ่มสุ่ม อำเภอไทรโยค จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ทำให้นักบินเสียชีวิตทันที 2 ราย ได้แก่ ครูการบิน 1 ราย และนักบินใหม่ 1 ราย ภายในเครื่องมีสารเคมี หลังจากเครื่องบินตก มีเสียงระเบิดเกิดขึ้น 1 ครั้ง หลังจากเครื่องบินตกถึงพื้นหลังเกิดเหตุ นายจีระเกียรติ ภูมิสวัสดิ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ได้สั่งการให้ นายเดโช ประกาศแก่นทราย นายอำเภอไทรโยค, ตชด, และหน่วยกู้ภัย ได้เข้าไปอำนวยการช่วยเหลือนักบินในที่เกิดเหตุแล้วจากการตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุเบื้องต้นพบว่า สภาพของเครื่องบินพังยับเยิน ชิ้นส่วนของเครื่องบินกระจัดกระจายไปทั่วทั้งบริเวณ ปีกฉีกขาดออกจากตัวลำ โดยจุดที่เครื่องบินตกเป็นไร่น้อยหน่าของชาวบ้านหมู่ 2 มีลักษณะเป็นหุบเขา ล่าสุดเจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัยกำลังใช้อุปกรณ์ตัดถ่างกู้ร่างของผู้เสียชีวิตทั้ง 2 ราย ออกมาจากตัวซากเครื่องบิน โดยร่างของครูฝึกถูกฝังอยู่ใต้ดินความลึกเกือบ 1 เมตร นอกจากนี้ชาวบ้านได้นำรถไถมาช่วยลากตัวเครื่องบินออก แต่ก็เป็นไปด้วยความยากลำบาก เนื่องจากพื้นที่ดังกล่าวเต็มไปด้วยต้นน้อยหน่าและดินค่อนข้างลื่นทราบชื่อผู้เสียชีวิตคือ ร.อ.ตฤณ อัมระนันท์ อายุ 58 ปี นักบิน ท 4 เป็นครูการบิน และ นายสุขสันต์ จงเสถียรธรรม อายุ 28 ปี นักบิน พรก.นักบินใหม่ โดยได้ขึ้นบินจากกองร้อยบินกองพลทหารราบที่ 9 ค่ายสุรสีห์ ต.ลาดหญ้า อ.เมืองกาญจนบุรี เมื่อเวลาประมาณ 09.00 น. ซึ่งเป็นภารกิจฝึกบิน โดยหลังจากขึ้นบินได้ไม่นานนักก็เกิดเหตุสลดขึ้นดังกล่าวส่วนสาเหตุนั้นยังไม่ทราบแน่ชัด แต่เบื้องต้น คาดว่าเกิดจากเครื่องยนต์ขัดข้อง ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการสอบสวน และรวบรวมเศษซากเครื่องบินมาตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงต่อไป+++++++++++++++++Published caption::A plane from the Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation Department crashed in Sai Yok district in Kanchanaburi yesterday.
