Six Pattaya hawkers nabbed

» รวบแล้วพ่อค้านาฬิกาเร่พัทยา หลังเกิดเหตุทะเลาะวิวาทกับกลุ่มทหารนอกเครื่องแบบอเมริกันที่เข้าร่วมฝึกคอบร้าโกลด์ 2018 เจ้าตัวเผยถูกปฏิเสธพร้อมขว้างสินค้าลงพื้นก่อน จึงพยายามถ่ายภาพเป็นหลักฐานแต่ถูกทำร้าย ขณะที่เจ้าหน้าที่สั่งดำเนินคดีข้อหาขายสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์จากกรณีที่เกิดเหตุการณ์กลุ่มพ่อค้านาฬิกาเร่ก่อเหตุทะเลาะวิวาทกับกลุ่มชาวต่างชาติ ซึ่งทราบภายหลังว่าเป็นกลุ่มนายทหารสัญชาติอเมริกัน ที่เข้าร่วมการฝึกผสมคอบบร้าโกลด์ 2018 ซึ่งหลังมีการเผยแพร่ข่าวทั้งทางโลกโซเชียลและสื่อแขนงต่างๆ พบว่ามีกระแสวิพากษ์วิจารณ์เป็นอย่างมากจากประชาชน โดยร้องขอให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทำการกวดขันปราบปรามจับกุม เนื่องจากที่ผ่านมามีกรณีดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง ซึ่งถือว่าสร้างความเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียงและภาพลักษณ์ด้านการท่องเที่ยวของเมืองพัทยาเป็นอย่างยิ่งล่าสุดเวลา 19.00 น.วันนี้ (28 ก.พ.) พ.ต.ท.ปิยะพงษ์ เอนสาร สารวัตรตำรวจท่องเที่ยวพัทยา พร้อมด้วย พ.ต.ท.ธีรศักดิ์ แสงสี สารวัตรสืบสวน สภ.เมืองพัทยา พ.ต.ต.สมบูรณ์ เอื้อสมานไมตรี สวป. ร่วมแถลงผลการกวาดล้างจับกุมกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการจำหน่ายนาฬิกาเร่จำนวน 6 ราย พร้อมของกลางเป็นนาฬิกาลอกเลียนแบบลิขสิทธิ์จำนวน 40 เรือน ตามความผิดในประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 275 โดยกล่าวหาว่าเสนอจำหน่ายหรือมีไว้เพื่อจำหน่ายซึ่งสินค้าที่มีเครื่องหมายการค้าปลอมหรือเลียนแบบเครื่องหมายการค้าของบุคคลอื่นที่ได้จดทะเบียนไว้แล้วในราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งมีโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 1 ปี ปรับไม่เกิน 2,000 บาท ซึ่งจะได้นำส่งพนัก งานสอบสวนดำเนินคดีต่อไปทั้งนี้จากการสอบถาม นายอุทิศ สูทอก 45 ปี ให้การว่าสำหรับเหตุการณ์ที่ทะเลาะกับนายทหารอเมริกันนั้น ยอมรับว่าก่อนเกิดเหตุได้นำนาฬิกาเข้าไปเสนอขายจริง แต่ปรากฏว่านายทหารกลุ่มดังกล่าวกลับส่งกันไปมาและมีการต่อราคาสินค้าระหว่างกัน แต่ช่วงนั้นชาวต่างชาติกลุ่มนี้กลับเหวี่ยงนาฬิกาลงกับพื้นและใช้เท้าเหยียบซึ่งทำให้ทรัพย์สินเกิดความเสียหาย จึงได้แจ้งว่าให้นำสินค้ามาคืนโดยแจ้งว่ามีหลักฐานเป็นภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิดของร้านทางกลุ่มชาวต่างชาติกลุ่มนี้จึงส่งคืนนาฬิกาให้ จากนั้นจึงได้พยายามขอถ่าย ภาพตัวบุคคลไว้เป็นหลักฐาน แต่กลับถูกปัดและตบที่ศีรษะจึงได้ต่อสู้เพื่อป้องกันตัว ซึ่งขณะนั้นน้องชายที่อย่ด้วยกันได้เข้ามาช่วยเหลือจนเกิดการชุลมุนขึ้น แต่ต่อมาก็ถูกเจ้าหน้าที่นำตัวมาดำเนินคดี โดยเป็นกลุ่มตน 2 คน ซึ่งถูกเปรียบเทียบปรับข้อหาทะเลาะวิวาทรายละ 5,000 บาท ขณะที่กลุ่มชาวต่างชาติทั้ง 6 รายถูกปรับรายละ 1,000 บาทก่อนจะแยกย้ายกันไป และมีถูกจับกุมข้อหาขายสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ครั้งนี้ขณะที่ พ.ต.ท.ธีรศักดิ์ เปิดเผยว่ากรณีของการทะเลาะวิวาททางเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้ว เพราะเป็นคดีลหุโทษซึ่งมีโทษเปรียบเทียบปรับ แต่กรณีการจำหน่ายสินค้าและรบเร้านักท่องเที่ยวที่มีประชาชนร้องเรียนเป็นจำนวนมากนั้น ที่ผ่านมาทางเจ้าหน้าที่ก็กวดขันจับกุมอย่างต่อเนื่องอยู่แล้ว.Published caption : Six hawkers allegedly selling counterfeit brand-name watches in Pattaya after their arrest yesterday.
