» ฟลอร่าพาร์ค เปิดเทศกาลดอกไม้เมืองหนาววันแรก นักท่องเที่ยวหายเกลี้ยง จัดโปรลดกระหน่ำ หวังดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวช่วงไฮซีซั่น ขณะที่ สปก.โคราช จ่อสั่งปิดฟลอร่าพาร์ค-ฟ้าประทานฟาร์ม หลังไม่มีใครมาโต้แย้งสิทธิ์ที่ อ.วังน้ำเขียว จ.นครราชสีมา พบว่า บริเวณริมถนนทางหลวงหมายเลข 3052 วังน้ำเขียว-เขาแผงม้า ทางฟลอร่าพาร์ค ได้มีการนำป้ายโฆษณาชวนนักท่องเที่ยว เที่ยวชมเทศกาลดอกไม้เมืองหนาวนานาชาติ หลายจุด ตลอดเส้นทาง ขณะเดียวกัน วันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2561 ถือว่าเป็นวันแรกที่ฟลอร่าพาร์ค เปิดให้ท่องเที่ยวเข้าชมอย่างเป็นทางการวันแรก ปรากฏว่าวันนี้บรรยากาศภายในฟลอร่าพาร์ค เป็นไปด้วยความเงียบเหงา โดยมีนักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางมาบางตามาก เมื่อเทียบกับปีที่แล้ว (ปี 2560) ซึ่งวันแรกจะมีนักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางเข้าชมนับพันคน ทำให้ทางฟลอร่าพาร์ค ต้องจัดโปรโมชั่นลดราคา จากเดิมคนละ 150 บาท เหลือคนละ 80 บาท โดยชูไฮไลท์ของสวนดอกไม้ฟลอร่าพาร์ค 14 จุดห้ามพลาด อาทิ ต้นไม้ดัดเป็นกระทิงพ่อลูก, ชมดอกไม้เมืองหนาวหายากที่ศูนย์แสดงพันธุ์ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ (FLORA DOME), ฟาร์มกล้วยไม้, ลอดอุโมงค์ไม้เลื้อย, หอชมวิว 360 องศา, เขาวงกตดอกไม้, หออธิฐานรัก และซื้อของฝากที่ร้าน OTOP ฟ้าประทานฟาร์ม เป็นต้นขณะเดียวกัน นายสุรชัย ยุทธชนะ ปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เปิดเผยว่า หลังจากที่ทาง ส.ป.ก.จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้ทำการส่งหนังสือแจ้งถึงผู้ครอบครองที่ดินฟลอร่าพาร์ค และฟ้าประทานฟาร์ม เพื่อให้มาโต้แย้งสิทธิ์ ภายใน 15 วัน โดยในวันที่ 5 พฤศจิกายนนี้ จะเป็นวันสุดท้าย แต่ขณะนี้ก็ยังไม่มีใครมาติดต่อขอนำเอกสารและหลักฐานมาโต้แย้งสิทธิ์แต่อย่างใด ซึ่งทาง ส.ป.ก.ได้ทำการตรวจสอบข้อมูลกับทางสำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าจังหวัดนครราชสีมา และได้ข้อมูลหลักฐานชื่อผู้ถือครองที่ดินทั้ง 2 แห่งแล้ว ซึ่งขณะนี้ได้ส่งเรื่องไปให้ทางกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์รับทราบแล้ว ส่วนหลังจากวันที่ 5 พฤศจิกายนนี้ หากยังไม่มีใครนำเอกสารและหลักฐานมาโต้แย้งสิทธิ์ ทาง ส.ป.ก.จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ก็จะดำเนินการสั่งปิดฟลอร่าพาร์ค และฟ้าประทานฟาร์ม เพื่อยึดพื้นที่คืนกลับมาให้ ส.ป.ก.นำไปใช้ดำเนินการจัดสรรให้เกษตรกร ตามระเบียบปฏิรูปที่ดินต่อไป
