Life, Kong Rithdee, Published on 13/01/2016

» When creativity crosses the line into insensitivity, there's usually a pattern of uproar, apology and cancellation. In the past many years, there's been a number of notorious cases of insensitive creativity in Thai commercials, series, films and visual representations that have made international headlines. Recapping 2013

Guru, Pornchai Sereemongkonpol, Published on 27/12/2013

» New Year’s is time to look back at what has happened during the year that is about to pass. The media usually takes this opportunity to do a round-up of memorable moments. As an esteemed publication ourselves, we decided to do our very own recapping of 2013 (and because we’re too lazy to go out and find new stories). Playing with contradictions

Life, Amitha Amranand, Published on 28/11/2013

Looking closer, however, and instead of the usual full, growling faces of the khon demons, the cheeks and eyes of these masks designed by Anuthep Potchprasart resembled those of a skeleton. The first few notes plucked from the traditional Chinese guqin zither unfolded an ominous blanket over the show.
