» I'd driven past Dermaster Wellness & Aesthetic countless times over the years and always wondered a) what on earth the place was and b) why were there always three red Ferraris parked out front -- were these strategically parked to make the place seem more happening and first-world than it really was? After all, aside from the Ferraris, the parking lot always seemed to be pretty empty.

» It was quite an intriguing experience being picked up at an airport by a private speedboat. Never mind that I was in the Maldives, a country I had never before been, standing outside the airport and staring out at the glistening azure Indian Ocean, probably one of the most beautiful visuals I've ever seen in my life. No no, the speedboat marked my departure from reality.
