Anger management needed to curb youth violence

» Firearms and youth violence has once again consumed innocent lives. It has become a worrisome social ill that continues to sporadically surface from time to time, with no signs of abating. In most cases, it is found that the perpetrators were either on drugs or under the influence. Their vicious acts are either documented on closed-circuit television or put on social media after a witness takes a video clip.
