Doctor 'disabled Pomeranian' in breeder dispute

» More than 10 dog breeders will lay an animal cruelty complaint against a doctor for allegedly administering harmful drugs to a rare Pomeranian pedigree dog which damaged the animal's eyesight and caused severe facial disfiguration.
