» เจ้าหน้ากำลังตรวจคุณภาพและปริมาณ ของการสกัดกัญชาโดยใช้เครื่อง Super critical CO2 extraction ที่โรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยาอภัยภูเบศร จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี-----------------------------------------------------------“กัญชา อภัยภูเบศร โมเดล” โครงการการผลิตสารสกัดน้ำมันกัญชาภายใต้การรักษาโรคกรณีจำเป็นสำหรับผู้ป่วย “กัญชา อภัยภูเบศร โมเดล” ว่า การนำสารสกัดกัญชามาใช้นั้น ต้องเน้นมาตรฐาน คุณภาพ ความปลอดภัยครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การปลูก การผลิต และการใช้ ซึ่งจะต้องผ่านการตรวจมาตรฐานจากกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ว่า มีความปลอดภัย ไม่มียาฆ่าแมลง โลหะหนัก สารเคมีตกค้าง และการจ่ายสารสกัดกัญชาให้ผู้ป่วยจะต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ ขณะนี้อยู่ในช่วงการทดลองวิจัย ติดตามผล และวางระบบ เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์และเหมาะสมกับคนไทยมากที่สุดเภสัชกรหญิง ดร.สุภาภรณ์ ปิติพร หัวหน้ากลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยาอภัยภูเบศร กล่าวว่า ในระยะแรก เมื่อวันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2562 ได้คัดกรองและรักษาผู้ป่วยจำนวน 10 ราย โดยใช้สารสกัดกัญชาที่ได้รับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) ในผู้ป่วยพาร์กินสัน โรคลมชัก อัลไซเมอร์ และมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่กระจายไปเยื่อบุช่องท้อง จากการติดตามความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิผลเบื้องต้นใน 24 ชั่วโมง ไม่มีรายใดเกิดผลข้างเคียง และผู้ป่วยบางรายเริ่มเห็นผล เช่น อาการลิ้นคับปาก พูดได้ชัดมากขึ้น บางรายเดินได้มากขึ้นสำหรับระยะที่ 2 ช่วงเดือนกันยายน 2562 จะใช้น้ำมันกัญชาที่ได้จากการการสกัดของกลางของ ปปส. ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานไทยและสากล ประมาณ 100,000 ขวด นำมาใช้ในการรักษาอาการปวดปลายประสาทที่ไม่ตอบสนองในการรักษา และเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะที่ 4 โดยจะขยายไปยังโรงพยาบาลอื่น ๆและในระยะที่ 3 เดือนพฤศจิกายน 2562 จะสกัดน้ำมันกัญชาจากต้นกัญชา 16 ต้นที่ปลูกโดยวิสาหกิจชุมชนสมุนไพร เกษตรอินทรีย์บ้านดงบัง เมื่อวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2562 คาดว่าจะเก็บเกี่ยวได้ในเดือนตุลาคม และได้สารสกัดกัญชาประมาณ 900 ขวดในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2562 พร้อมเป็นพี่เลี้ยงให้สถานพยาบาลและวิสาหกิจชุมชนเกษตรที่มีความสนใจต่อไปเภสัชกรหญิง ดร.สุภาภรณ์ กล่าวต่อว่า ขณะนี้ได้เปิดคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์ ทุกวันจันทร์ที่ 4 ของเดือน เวลา 13.00 น- 16.00 น. ให้บริการผู้ป่วยรักษาแผนปัจจุบันไม่ได้ผล โดยขอให้ผู้ป่วยโทรปรึกษาก่อนเดินทางมารับบริการ ที่หมายเลข 037 211289 หรือ 037 211088 ต่อ 0 ในวันและเวลาราชการ เพื่อนัดหมายวันรับบริการBY PATIPAT JANTHONG/Published caption : An expert checks the quality of the oil extracted via supercritical C02 extraction.
