» พล.ต.อ.ดร.วิระชัย ทรงเมตตา รอง ผบ.ตร.พร้อมผู้ตรวจราชการอุตสาหกรรม เจ้าหน้าที่จากกรมอุตสาหกรรม และหน่วยงานส่วนเกี่ยวข้องลงพื้นที่ตรวจโรงงานขยะอันตรายที่บริษัทจงซึ่งจำกัด เลขที่38/60 ภายในโครงการอรดาแฟคตอรี่แลนด์ ม.4ต.ลำลูกกา อ.ลำลูกกา จ.ปทุมธานี จากการตรวจสอบพบโรงงานดังกล่าวเป็นลักษณะโกดังมีคนงานชายหญิงกำลังนั่งล้อมวงทำงานช่วยกันแกะแยกชิ้นส่วนของขยะที่บรรจุมาในถุงบิ๊คแบ๊คออกจากกัน โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นขยะอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จำพวกไดโอด และคาปาซิเตอร์ ซึ่งเป็นวัตถุขยะอันตรายที่ไม่สามารถครอบครองได้หากไม่มีใบอนุญาต รวมทั้งยังพบสายทองแดงถูกปลอกอัดแท่งเพื่อรอการนำไปหลอมใหม่อีกจำนวนมาก ในเวลาต่อมาเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดเดิมได้เข้าไปตรวจสอบโกดังของบริษัทเดียวกันซึ่งอยู่ท้ายซอยโครงการอรดาแฟคตอรี่แลนด์เนื้อที่ประมาณ2ไร่ พบประตูถูกปิดอยู่เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงได้ทำการตัดกุญแจโกดังเข้าไปตรวจสอบภายในพบถุงบิ๊คแบ็คจำนวนมากภายในบรรจุพัดลมคอมพิวเตอร์โดยไม่พบคนงานทำงานอยู่ จากการตรจสอบพบว่ามีการนำเข้ามาซึ่งขยะอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จากต่างประเทศประมาณ30-40ตู้คอนเทรลเนอร์หรือประมาณ700ตัน มีการคัดแยกขยะอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่นี่ โดยพบมีความผิดนำเข้าหรือมีไว้ในความครอบครองซึ่งวัตถุอันตรายชนิดที่3โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ,ตั้งและประกอบกิจการโรงงานจำพวกที่3 ขยะวัตถุอันตรายอิเล็กทรอนิคส์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ จากการตรวจสอบพูดคุยพบว่าผู้ประกอบการโรงงานแห่งนี้ไม่ได้นำเข้าขยะมาเองแต่มีบริษัทอื่นเป็นผู้นำเข้ามาแล้วส่งมาให้กับทางบริษัทในการแยกชิ้นส่วน โดยหลังจากนี้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจะได้มีการตรวจสอบว่าใครเป็นผู้นำเข้าโดยการสำแดงเท็จซึ่งจะได้มีการดำเนินคดีทางกฏหมายต่อไปPublished caption : A heap of electronic waste is found during an inspection of Orrada Factory Land, a rubbish recycling plant in Pathum Thani’s Lam Luk Ka district.
