» 13.00 น.นางอิสรีย์ยา ยืดยาวคง ทนายความ เดินทางเข้าตรวจสอบสำนวนคดี และยอดเงินเยียวยาแก่ผู้เสียหายคดีแพรวา ซึ่งศาลฎีกามีคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้ชดใช้เงินพร้อมดอกเบี้ยให้กับครอบครัวผู้เสียชีวิตและบาดเจ็บจากเหตุขับรถยนต์เก๋งเฉี่ยวชนรถตู้โดยสาร เมื่อปี 2553 โดยมียอดสุทธิที่จ่ายให้โจทก์ทั้งสิ้น 42,536,571.63 บาท โดยมี นายโอภาส อนันตสมบูรณ์ อธิบดีผู้พิพากษาศาลแพ่ง เซ็นต์คำส่ังอนุมัติมอบให้ให้แก่ผู้เสียให้ทั้งหมด ซึ่งหากผู้เสียหายใช้บัญชีธนาคารกรุงไทยจะได้รับเงินภายในวันพรุ่งนี้ หากใช้ธนาคารอื่นๆ จะได้รับเงินภายในวันอังคารที่ 13 สค.หลังจากได้รับเงินแล้วก็จะถือว่าคดีความสิ้นสุดลง ที่ ศาลแพ่ง ถ.รัชดาฯPublished caption : Opas Anantasomboon, chief Civil Court judge, with the compensation order.
