» The last time I reviewed Bull & Bear was in 2018 when the restaurant was first launched. It was a lovely dinner amid gorgeously dressed clientele. The warmly lit dining room, decked out to portray an old-Manhattan atmosphere, was mystic, masculine and luxurious. You wouldn't consider to describe it otherwise.
