Family of slain officer says justice system failing

» The family of Pol Snr Sgt Maj Wichian Klanprasert, a Thong Lor police station traffic officer who was killed in a hit and run accident almost two years ago, is coming to terms with their loss, but say they deserve better from the justice system.
