MEA mobilises its staff to ensure electricity safety and provide flood relief

» The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has continuously mobilised staff to check electrical equipment and power distribution systems as well as delivering survival bags to communities affected by floods. The MEA has also monitored water levels to ensure that meters installed on electricity poles are safe. MEA urges the public to inspect home electrical equipment such as power cables, power outlets, and light switches to prevent danger of electric leakage, and get help as needed from MEA maintenance personnel available 24 hours a day.

MEA inspects distribution system and electrical equipment for Chao Phraya Communities in Nonthaburi

» The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) Bang Yai and Bang Bua Thong branches, along with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority Workers Union (MEAWU), led by President Sanit Saiprasert, on 6 October 2021, visited to Pak Kret and Phibunsongkhram 1 Communities, Nonthaburi Province, to inspect distribution systems and electrical equipment for safety. They also monitored the water level to ensure that meters installed on electricity poles are safe. MEA urges the public to inspect home electrical equipment to prevent danger of electric leakage with the aid of MEA maintenance personnel available 24 hours a day.
