» The Central Administrative Court on Wednesday ordered the legal heirs of the late Samak Sundaravej and former deputy deputy interior minister Pracha Maleenont to each pay 587.58 million baht to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) for damages incurred in the purchase of fire trucks and boats and disaster prevention and mitigation equipment in 2004.
