» เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ฝ่ายปกครอง ทหาร ร่วมกันทบายแหล่งโรงงานผลิตอาหาเสริม แต่ลักลอบผลิตยาลดน้ำหนัก และไวอาก้า ซึ่งมีส่วนผสมของสารไซบูลทรามีน ส่งขายออนไลน์ภายหลังจากที่ พล.ต.ท.วิระชัย ทรงเมตตา รอง ผบ.ตร. เกาะติดคดีหญิงสารที่กินยาลดน้ำหนักเสียชีวิตจนมาพบต้นต่อแหล่งผลิตที่จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์เมื่อวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2562 เวลา 09.30 น.พล ต.ต.ทินณะรัตน์ เพชรพันธ์ศรี ผบก.ภ.จว.กาฬสินธุ์ พ.ต.อ.ตรีวิทย์ ศรีประภา รอง ผบก.ฯ พ.ต.อ.กิตติพงษ์ พันธ์ศรี ผกก.สืบสวน ภ.จว.กส. ดร.วิมนรัตน์ ภูผาสุข รองนายแพทย์ สสจ. นายชาญชัย ศรศรีวิชัย ปลัดจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์นำกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ฝ่ายปกครอง ทหารจากกองกำลังรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย พร้อมหมายศาลจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ เลขที่ 131/2562 ลงวันที่ 5 กรกฎาคม 2562 เข้าบุกค้น บ้านของ นางวสภัสสร สุลำนาจ อายุ 52 ปี เลขที่ 65 หมู่ที่ 7 ต.สงเปลือย อ.นามน จ.กาฬสินธุ์การบุกตรวจบ้านหลังดังกล่าว เจ้าหน้าที่พบ นางวสภัสสร สุลำนาจ รับเป็นเจ้าของบ้าน โดยด้านหน้าบ้านติดชื่อบริษัทเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและไทย บริษัท ดี.ดี.คอสเมด จำกัด เป็นที่ผลิตอาหาร แต่จากการตรวจค้นเจ้าหน้าที่พบเครื่องแยกบรรจุยาและผงยา ที่มีส่วนผสมของสารไซบูลทรามีน นอกจากนี้ยังมีเม็ดแคปซูลยาที่รอบรรจุและบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อส่งจำหน่ายอีกจำนวนมากนอกจากนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ยังสามารถตรวจพบโกดังที่ใช้เพื่อการบรรจุยาลดน้ำหนัก อีกสองแห่ง ที่ห่างออกจากตัวโรงงานประมาณอีก 2 กิโลเมตร โดยในแต่ละแห่งเจ้าหน้าที่พบร่องรอยการเผาทำลาย ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ยังพบอุปกรณ์ในการชั่วตวงเม็ดยา ผงลักษณะคล้ายยา จากประเทศจีน กล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์และกล่องที่เตรียมบรรจุเพื่อส่งต่อและเม็ดแคปซูนยาที่บรรจุแล้วและยังไม่บรรจุ มากกว่า 1 ล้านเม็ด พล.ต.ต.ทินณะรัตน์ เพชรพันธ์ศรี ผบก.ภ.จว.กาฬสินธุ์ กล่าวว่า กรณีนี้หลังจากที่ พล.ต.ท.วิระชัย ทรงเมตตา รอง ผบ.ตร. ซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายจาก พล.อ.ประวิทย์ วงศ์สุวรรณ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งได้ติดตามแกะรอยคดี หญิงสาวในจังหวัดอ่างทองกินยาลดน้ำหนักเสียชีวิตและได้ทำการขยายผลจากเลขที่บัญชีและการนำส่งยาลดน้ำหนักจนทราบว่ามีต้นต่ออยู่ที่จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ขณะนี้ของกลางที่ตรวจยึดถือว่ามีจำนวนมากและเป็นแหล่งผลิตขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งก็ได้สั่งการให้ตำรวจสายสืบเร่งทำการขยายผลทั้งนี้ทำเป็นขบวนการใหญ่มีการขายทางออนไลน์ ผ่านเครือข่ายในหลายจังหวัดขณะที่ นางวสภัสสร สุลำนาจ ซึ่งรับเป็นเจ้าของกิจการโดยได้รับอนุญาตจาก อย.ในการผลิตอาหารเสริม แต่มีลูกสาวเป็นเภสัชกรแต่ถูกถอนใบอนุญาตไปก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว และยอมรับทั้งหมดเป็นยาปลอม และอ้างว่ามี เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูงในสำนักงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคส่วนกลาง ส่งตัวผงยามาให้ผลิตและจำหน่าย ที่จะใช้ชื่อกลางหรือนามแฝงในการรับส่งตัวยาปลอม และทั้งหมดจะต้องจ่ายรายเดือนละ 20,000 บาทให้เจ้าหน้าที่คนดังกล่าว ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจ จึงได้ทำการตรวจยึดยาและอุปกรณ์ไว้ทั้งหมดเพื่อตรวจสอบ และในช่วงบ่ายวันนี้ พล.ต.ท.วิระชัย ทรงเมตตา รอง ผบ.ตร. จะเดินทางมาสอบปากคำพร้อมทำการขยายผลด้วยตนเอง ทั้งนี้ในส่วนของความผิดมี 3 ข้อหา คือ ขายยาและผลิตยาโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต, ผลิตและจำหน่ายอาหารปลอม,และขายยาชุด ส่วนตรวจผงยาที่มีหลายร้อยชนิดที่พบก็จะมีการตรวจสอบหาสารเสพติดที่มีส่วนผสมของเฟตแอมเฟตามีนต่อไปด้วยยงยุทธ ภูพวงเพชร จ.กาฬสินธุ์ โทร 064-3064999/Published caption : Police examine boxes during a search at a company in Kalasin’s Na Mon district yesterday morning.
