Asian cancer treatment requires new approaches

» Asia is now home to more than 6 million cancer patients or half of the cancer population worldwide. The number of cancer cases in the region is forecast to increase to 10.6 million by 2030 because of ageing and growing populations, lifestyle and socioeconomic changes, experts have warned.
