Guru, Pornchai Sereemongkonpol, Published on 01/02/2019

» They say a picture is worth 1,000 words but perhaps this classic idiom needs an update. Let's go with, "a Line sticker is worth 1,000 words and some cash too if you know how to make them". Mouthful, I know, but read on and all will become clear.

The 40-year-old adman also created a special fanzine titled "Mr. Brown", which features key figures in the first edition of Made By Legacy flea market and Thai vintage scene. The upcoming ninth edition of Made By Legacy, which takes place until Sunday at Pepsi Pier (go to our Activities page for more info), comes with a green twist. On top of vintage items and food, you'll be able to see and buy exotic plants, thanks to Kyng who curates and selects many plant and gardening shops, as well as plant collectors to showcase their green treasures. Aww-dorable Cafes

Guru, Pornchai Sereemongkonpol, Published on 01/08/2014

» Thais are crazy for cute stuff. It is a fact. Remember how fast LINE and Rilakkuma tumblers from 7-Eleven sold out? How many times have you chatted with friends through stickers and emoji instead of actual letters? Do you know how many celeb dogs and cats there are in the Thai Facebook sphere nowadays? (They could fill a paperback book). What we’re trying to say is that cuteness is a real commodity here and some cafes in Bangkok are combining adorable edibles with cute characters to create their own atmosphere. Check out these mung ming frung fring (it’s how Thai kids are saying “cute” these days) venues to get your cute and cake fixes. Disclaimer: cuteness overload ahead.

» There are certain must-see attractions for first-time visitors to Thailand: Patpong, Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Khao San Road, an elephant show, ladyboy cabaret, Hua Hin, a Full Moon party, some more beaches... But with all this distraction, visitors might miss out on the atypical attractions your average tour guide doesn't know about. To do our part in promoting the miracle that is Thai tourism, we have selected five lesser-known villages where visitors can discover Thais living in unique ways.
