» Tor Kla Hai Terb Yai, which means nurturing saplings in Thai, is an initiative that aims to support talented youngsters in making use of information technology to benefit society, and is now in its fourth year. The programme is designed to show the competence of young Thais, demonstrating their work has the potential to be further developed in the future.
