» The first-ever Red Bull Pump Track World Championship is set to take place on six continents -- except Antarctica, where there's no real human settlement. Thailand is among the 20-plus countries where at least 24 qualifier events will be held from March to August to determine the best pump track riders for the final competition in Switzerland.

» BMX racing is one of the sports included in the 41st National Games now in progress in Chiang Mai. However, the host province doesn't have a venue for this particular sport; and building a new one just for the occasion means the investment would become useless and finally rot away after the games are over. Luckily, a family in neighbouring Lampang came to the rescue.
