» อัยการฝ่ายคดีพิเศษอาญากรุงเทพใต้ 4 นัดสั่งฟ้องคดีรังสิมันต์ โรม, สิรวิชญ์ เสรีธิวัฒน์, อานนท์ นำภา, เอกชัย หงส์กังวาน, สุกฤษฎ์ เพียรสุวรรณ, เนติวิทย์ โชติภัทร์ไพศาล, ณัฏฐา มหัทธนา, และสมบัติ บุญงามอนงค์ ผู้ต้องหากลุ่มคนอยากเลือกตั้งหน้าห้างเอ็มบีเคเซ็นเตอร์ (MBK39) ที่ถูกตั้งข้อหายุยงปลุกปั่น ตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 116 ฝ่าฝืนคำสั่งหัวหน้า คสช. ที่ 3/2558 และ พ.ร.บ.การชุมนุมสาธารณะ จากการเรียกร้องให้ คสช. จัดการเลือกตั้งบริเวณสกายวอล์กห้างเอ็มบีเคเซ็นเตอร์ เมื่อวันที่ 27 ม.ค. 2561 วันนี้ทุกคนได้เดินทางมาพร้มเพียงกันที่ สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดกรุงเทพใต้ บางรัก กรุงเทพมหานคร/สั่งฟ้องรังสิมันต์ โรม พร้อมแกนนำกลุ่มคนอยากเลือกตั้งรวม 8 คน เข้ารับฟัง คำสั่งฟ้อง หลังอัยการฝ่ายคดีพิเศษอาญากรุงเทพใต้ 4 นัดสั่งฟ้องคดีในข้อหาชุมนุม เรียกร้องให้ คสช.จัดการเลือกตั้งบริเวณสกายวอล์กห้างเอ็มบีเคเซ็นเตอร์ เมื่อวันที่ 27 ม.ค. 2561
