» วันที่ 22 เม.ย. ศาลอาญาคดีทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบกลาง นัดอ่านคำพิพากษาฎีกา คดีหมายเลขดำ 2054/2559 ที่พนักงานอัยการ เป็นโจทก์ ยื่นฟ้องคุณหญิงจารุวรรณ เมณฑกา อายุ 73 ปี อดีตผู้ว่าการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน (สตง.) และนายคัมภีร์ สมใจ อายุ 73 ปี อดีตผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริหารงานและทรัพยากรบุคคล สตง. เป็นจำเลยที่ 1 และ 2 ในความผิดฐานปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 157 กรณีที่จัดให้มีการสัมมนา ที่ จ.น่าน เมื่อวันที่ 31 ต.ค.46 ทั้งที่ไม่ได้มีการสัมมนากันจริง แต่จัดสัมมนาเพื่อให้ข้าราชการที่มีรายชื่อเข้ารับการสัมมนานั้น ได้ไปร่วมงานถวายผ้าพระกฐินพระราชทานที่จัดขึ้น โดยให้เบิกค่าเดินทาง ค่าที่พัก และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ในงบเดียวกัน 294,440 บาท ทำให้ สตง.เสียหาย ซึ่งคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) ได้ชี้มูลความผิดคุณหญิงจารุวรรณ และนายคัมภีร์ โดยวันนี้ "คุณหญิงจารุวรรณ" จำเลยที่ 1 มาศาล ซึ่งมีครอบครัว กลุ่มญาติ มาให้กำลังใจร่วมลุ้นผลคำพิพากษาด้วย ขณะที่ "นายไพบูลย์ นิติตะวัน" หัวหน้าพรรคประชาชนปฏิรูป ก็ได้เดินทางมาร่วมติดตามฟังคำพิพากษาด้วยเช่นกัน ส่วน "นายคัมภีร์" อดีต ผอ.สำนักบริหารงานและทรัพยากรบุคคล สตง. จำเลยที่ 2 ไม่มาศาลเนื่องจากเสียชีวิต โดยมีบุตรชายและทนายความมาแทน ทั้งนี้ ทนายความจำเลยที่ 2 ได้แถลง ว่า "นายคัมภีร์" จำเลยที่ 2 เสียชีวิตลงเมื่อวันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2562 สาเหตุป่วยด้วยโรคหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลัน พร้อมยื่นใบมรณบัตร ซึ่งศาลสอบถามอัยการโจทก์แล้ว ไม่คัดค้าน จึงเห็นควรให้ส่งสำนวนกลับไปยังศาลฎีกา เพื่อให้พิจารณาต่อไป ทำให้ในวันนี้ศาลไม่สามารถอ่านคำพิพากษาฎีกาได้ จึงให้เลื่อนการฟังคำพิพากษาคดีออกไปก่อน.++++++++++++++++Published caption::Jaruvan: Misused state finances
