Betagro launches project to fight wildfires, PM2.5

» Bangkok, August 18, 2025 – Betagro Public Company Limited (BTG), a leading integrated food company in Thailand, has launched its flagship project, ‘BETAGRO Saijai Protect Forest Community,’ reaffirming its commitment to food sustainability. The initiative provides wildfire protection equipment worth 5.5 million baht to 10 community forests in seven high-risk provinces, aiming to tackle the root causes of wildfires and PM2.5 air pollution. The project also supports biodiversity conservation in community forest ecosystems – home to diverse native plants and wildlife – through collaboration among the government, private sector, and local communities.
