» พื้นที่ อ.หนองมะโมง จ.ชัยนาท ปัจจุบันกำลังได้รับผลกระทบจากภัยแล้งในหลายตำบล โดยเฉพาะที่ ต.วังตะเคียน ที่คลองส่งน้ำและแหล่งน้ำสาธารณะกำลังแห้งขอด รวมทั้งแหล่งน้ำใต้ดิน หรือบ่อบาดาลที่เป็นแหล่งน้ำดิบในการผลิตน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านก็เริ่มแห้งขอดไม่สามารถสูบขึ้นมาผลิตน้ำปราปาให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้ ทำให้ทางเทศบาลตำบลวังตะเคียนต้องจัดรถบรรทุกน้ำออกแจกจ่ายน้ำให้กับชาวบ้าน13หมู่บ้าน วันละ6-8เที่ยวรวมกว่า30.000ลิตรต่อวัน ซึ่งภาพที่เห็นจากหน้าจอแขณะนี้คือการนำน้ำดิบจากแหล่งน้ำสำรองในเขตเทศบาลวังตะเคียนไปเติมเข้าระบบผลิตน้ำประปาของหมู่ที่6ที่ปัจจุบันน้ำบาดาลแห้งเหือดจนไม่สามารถสูบได้ เพื่อให้สามารถส่งน้ำประปาให้กับชาวบ้านได้ไม่ไห้ขาดแคลนน้ำด้านนายประเวท ดวงแสงจันทร์ ชาวบ้านวังตะเคียนก็เปิดเผยกับทีมข่าวของเราว่า จากสภาพความแห้งแล้งปัจจุบันแหล่งน้ำของชาวบ้านทั้งสระทั้งบ่อน้ำตื้นเริ่มแห้งขอด ทำให้ต้องพึงพาน้ำประปาเป้นหลัก แต่ก็ต้องใช้อย่างประหยัดและหาภาชนะมากักเก็บเพราะระบบประชาจะส่งน้ำเป็นเวลา เฉพาะเช้ากับเย็นเท่านั้น ส่วนน้ำดื่มนั้นชาวบ้านต้องซื้อน้ำถังจากโรงงานผลิตน้ำดื่ม ที่ราคาขยับขึ้นจากปกติถังละ13บาทก็ขาย14-15บาทในปัจจุบันPublished caption : An irrigation channel in Chai Nat's drought-hit Nong Mamong district has dried up.
