» On a day of heavy downpour, Rapiphat was starting his morning by cleaning the front of his one-storey shophouse that sells construction equipment in Trat province. Afterwards, while sipping coffee at the kitchen table, he spotted a truck hurtling along the road coming from the Cambodian border towards Trat town at high speed.
