» นายวันชัย คงเกษม ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ลงนามคำสั่ง ด่วนที่สุด ที่ สป 0017.1/ว108 เรื่อง การยกระดับการบังคับใช้มาตรการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 หรือ โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 หรือ โรคโควิด-19 (COVID-19) ความว่า ตามที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มอบหมายส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องดําเนินการจัดตั้งจุดตรวจคัดกรองการเดินทางข้ามจังหวัด ตามมาตรการที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (โควิด-19) ครั้งที่ 1/2564 เมื่อวันที่ 4 มกราคม 2564 และถือปฏิบัติตามข้อกําหนด ออกตามความในมาตรา 9 แห่งพระราชกําหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. 2548 (ฉบับที่ 16) ลงวันที่ 3 มกราคม 2564 และข้อกําหนด ออกตามความในมาตรา 9 แห่งพระราชกําหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. 2548 (ฉบับที่ 17) ลงวันที่ 6 มกราคม 2564 นั้นศูนย์บริหารสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (โควิด-19) กระทรวงมหาดไทย แจ้งให้จังหวัดดําเนินการ ดังนี้1. ดําเนินการตามหลักเกณฑ์ และแนวทางปฏิบัติในการตรวจคัดกรองการเดินทางออกพื้นที่ควบคุมสูงสุดและเข้มงวด 5 จังหวัด พื้นที่ควบคุมสูงสุด พื้นที่ควบคุม และพื้นที่เฝ้าระวังสูง โดยให้ชี้แจงแนวทางปฏิบัติแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้รับทราบและถือปฏิบัติ พร้อมทั้ง ให้แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ประจําจุดตรวจหรือจุดสกัดรับทราบแนวทางปฏิบัติว่า “เอกสารรับรองความจําเป็น” สามารถใช้แสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ประจําจุดตรวจหรือจุดสกัด ได้ทั้งเข้าและออกพื้นที่ควบคุมสูงสุดและเข้มงวด รายละเอียดปรากฏตามหลักเกณฑ์และแนวทางปฏิบัติของจังหวัดที่กําหนด 2. ให้ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดบูรณาการและประสานการปฏิบัติกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดตั้งจุดตรวจหรือจุดสกัดในเส้นทางคมนาคมที่เป็นเส้นทางหลักและเส้นทางคมนาคมที่เป็นเส้นทางรองให้ประสานสอดคล้องกัน ทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก โดยจัดกําลังเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานประจําจุดตรวจหรือจุดสกัดให้เพียงพอ ดังนี้2.1 จุดตรวจหรือจุดสกัดในเส้นทางคมนาคมที่เป็นเส้นทางหลัก ให้บูรณาการเจ้าหน้าที่ปกครอง ตํารวจ ฝ่ายความมั่นคง ฝ่ายสาธารณสุข และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่++++++++++++++++++++++++Published caption::Heat of the matter...
