» พล.ต.อ.อัศวิน ขวัญเมือง ผู้ว่า กทม. เดินทางมาดูการแก้ปัญหาน้ำท่วม ในหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีน้ำท่วมขังตลอด เมื่อมีฝนตก แต่เคยใช้เวลาระบายน้ำ 3-5 ชม.แต่เมื่อมีการติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำไฟฟ้าขนาด 12 นิ้ว กำลังสูบ 0.20 ลบ.ม./วินาที ในซอยเศรษฐกิจ 26 และอีกหลายซอย เพื่อระบายน้ำลงในคลองบางขี้แก้ง พร้อมทั้งดูเจ้าหน้าที่ทำการขุดลอกท่อ ทำให้ใช้เวลาในการระบายน้ำท่วมขังไม่ถึง ชม.ทำให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่มากล่าวขอบคุณผู้ว่า กทม.ที่ช่วยแก้ไขความเดือดร้อนเกี่ยวกับน้ำท่วมขัง ที่หมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจ เขตบางแค กทม.
