» นักเรียนหญิงมาเลือกซื้อเสื้อนักเรียนสีขาวสำหรับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ที่ร้านจำหน่ายชุดนักเรียนย่านตลาดคลองเตย ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งรวมร้านค้าชุดนักเรียนขนาดใหญ่ แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน ชุดลูกเสือและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่วางกองไม่มีคนซื้อ จากกรณีที่สำนักงานลูกเสือแห่งชาติ (สลช.) ได้รายงานต่อที่ประชุมผู้บริหารองค์กรหลักของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (ศธ.) ถึงการประกาศยกเว้นเครื่องแบบและการแต่งกายลูกเสือของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เนื่องจากทางร้านได้มีการสต็อกสินค้าชุดลูกเสือไว้ล่วงหน้าจำนวนมาก ซึ่งไม่สามารถคืนให้กับโรงงานผู้ผลิตได้ทัน นอกจากนี้ บางร้านต้องเร่งยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อจากโรงงานอย่างกะทันหัน และยังมีความกังวลว่าหากผู้ปกครองที่ซื้อชุดลูกเสือไปก่อนหน้านี้แล้วต้องการนำมาเปลี่ยนคืนเป็นชุดนักเรียน ทางร้านจะต้องดำเนินการอย่างไรกับสินค้าที่รับคืนมา Photo By SOMCHAI POOMLARDPublished caption :Back in uniformStudents try on school uniforms at a shop in Klong Toey district.
