» เมื่อเวลา 03.36 น.วันที่ 5มกราคม 2568 นายธวัชชัย ศรีทอง ผวจ.ชลบุรี นายชัยพร แพพิรมย์รัตน์ รอง ผวจ.ชลบุรี สั่งการให้ว่าที่ ร.ต.ชลธิศ เลยานนท์ ปลัดป้องกันจังหวัดชลบุรี นายวรภพ คงธนจรัส ปลัดอำเภอบางละมุง สนธิกำลังร่วมกับ พ.ต.อ.นาวิน ธีระวิทย์ ผกก.สภ.เมืองพัทยา พ.ต.ท.ศิรชัช หนูเทศ รอง ผกก.ป.สภ.เมืองพัทยา นำกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปกครองจังหวัดชลบุรี ฝ่ายปกครองอำเภอบางละมุง ตำรวจสภ.เมืองพัทยา กว่า 100 นาย บุกตรวจสถานบันเทิงในลักษณะผับ ชื่อแพนด้า คลับ ใจกลางวอล์กกิ้ง สตรีท พัทยา หลังการ์ด สถานบันเทิง ก่อเหตุทำร้ายนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน จนได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส เมื่อวันที่ 27 ธันวาคม 2567 และยังรักษาตัวอยู่ที่โรงพยาบาล เมื่อไปถึงพบว่าทางร้านยังคงเปิดให้บริการ มีนักท่องเที่ยวกว่า 300 ราย ทั้งคนไทยและชาวต่างประเทศส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นสัญชาติจีน กำลังดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์พร้อมเต้นตามจังหวะดนตรีกันอย่างเมามันส์ เจ้าหน้าที่จึงแสดงตัวสั่งให้ยุติกิจกรรมทั้งหมด พร้อมสั่งให้เปิดไฟและปิดเพลง ในขณะที่นักท่องเที่ยวยังคงติดลมไม่รู้ตัวว่าเจ้าหน้าที่บุกเข้าตรวจสอบ จึงสั่งให้แยกนักเที่ยวเป็นสองกลุ่ม คือผู้ชายและผู้หญิง แล้วทำการตรวจบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน เอกสารแสดงตัวบุคคล รวมถึงตรวจปัสสาวะหาสารเสพติดในร่างกาย ซึ่งเจอว่ามีปัสสาวะสีม่วงถึง 39 ราย แต่ไม่พบสิ่งเสพติด และสิ่งผิดกฎหมายภายในร้านแต่อย่างใด เบื้องต้นได้ควบคุมตัวนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีปัสสาวะสีม่วง 39 ราย เป็นผู้ชาย 19 ราย ผู้หญิง 20 ราย ส่งพนักงานสอบสวน สภ.เมืองพัทยา เพื่อดำเนินคดีตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมายต่อไปPhoto By Chaiyot Pupattanapong---------------------------------------Published caption::Police raid Club Panda on Walking Street in Pattaya of Chon Buri early yesterday morning.
