“บิ๊กเล็ก” ยันไทยไม่เคยใช้ทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 – จ่อฟ้องกัมพูชาละเมิดอนุสัญญาออตตาวา

» พล.อ.ณัฐพล นาคพาณิชย์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บัญชาการป้องกันและปราบปรามการก่อการร้าย (ศบ.ทก.) ยืนยันว่า ประเทศไทยไม่เคยใช้ทุ่นระเบิดสังหารบุคคลชนิด PMN-2 โดยระบุว่าจุดที่พบมีการพรางด้วยวัชพืชและสภาพโลหะยังใหม่ เผยชัดว่าเป็นการวางทุ่นระเบิดใหม่ ซึ่งถือเป็นการกระทำผิดของกัมพูชา 2 ประการ คือการวางระเบิดใหม่ และการครอบครองอาวุธต้องห้ามชนิดใหม่การประชุม ศบ.ทก. ชุดใหญ่ในวันนี้ ได้วางแนวทางตอบโต้ต่อกรณีดังกล่าว ซึ่งนับจากเกิดเหตุจนถึงวันนี้ถือว่าดำเนินการได้รวดเร็วมากสำหรับแนวทางฟ้องร้อง กำลังเตรียมสำนวนเพื่อยื่นต่อคณะกรรมการอนุสัญญาออตตาวา ซึ่งมีกำหนดประชุมช่วงปลายปีนี้ โดยจะยื่นในนามรัฐบาลไทยผ่านกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และประสานความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรนานาชาติ โดยยังไม่พิจารณานำเรื่องเข้าสู่ที่ประชุมสหประชาชาติ (UN)กรณีที่กัมพูชาระบุว่าจะใช้กลไกคณะกรรมาธิการเขตแดนร่วม (JBC) แก้ปัญหาร่วมกันนั้น พล.อ.ณัฐพล ระบุว่า ฝ่ายไทยยินดี แต่ต้องชี้แจงให้ชัดเจนกรณีที่มีกลุ่มมวลชนกดดันบริเวณปราสาทตาเมือนธม ซึ่งไม่อาจปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบได้ พร้อมย้ำว่าฝ่ายไทยโดยแม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 ได้ดำเนินการดูแลพื้นที่และควบคุมสถานการณ์เรียบร้อยแล้วทั้งนี้ พล.อ.ณัฐพล ขอความร่วมมือจากสื่อมวลชนและประชาชนให้เข้าใจการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ เพราะทุกฝ่ายต้องร่วมกันปกป้องผลประโยชน์ของชาติ โดยปัจจุบันไทยมีหลักฐานเพียงพอ และยังคงดำเนินการตรวจสอบเพิ่มเติมอย่างต่อเนื่องPublished caption : Nattaphon: Vacuum not a problem
