» "เสาไฟโซลาร์เซลล์ ประติมากรรมรูปเครื่องบิน" 156 ต้น ของ อบต.หนองปรือ อ.บางพลี จ.สมุทรปราการ (เส้น อบต.หนองปรือ - โรงเรียนราชวินิตสุวรรณภูมิ) บริเวณถนนการเคหะแยก 3 และถนนหนองปรือร่วมใจพัฒนา ตำบลหนองปรือ อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ พบการก่อสร้างเสาไฟเครื่องบินตั้งอยู่ริมถนน ป้ายระบุ โครงการก่อสร้างถนนเฉลิมพระเกียรติและปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ พร้อมติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าและแสงสว่างพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ระยะ 2 งบประมาณ 84 ล้านบาท ซึ่งโครงการทำถนนปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และเสาไฟเครื่องบินงบประมาณจะอยู่ที่เกือบ 400 ล้านบาท ส่วนงบประมาณเสาไฟเครื่องบินจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 20 ล้านบาท ถูกส่งต่อและวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ในสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ถึงความคุ้มค่ากับการใช้งบประมาณ แม้ อบต. ยืนยันถึงความจำเป็นของการติดตั้ง แต่อีกด้านหนึ่งก็ถูกตั้งคำถามว่า ใช้งบประมาณสูงในการจัดทำ และติดตั้งมากเกินไปหรือไม่---------------------------------------Published caption::Too pricey? ... » กองทัพอากาศเปิดโครงการติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบติดตั้งบนทุ่นลอยน้ำ (Solar Floating) ภายใต้ความร่วมมือตามบันทึกความเข้าใจกับบริษัท ปตท.จำกัด (มหาชน) ณ สวนสุขภาพกองทัพอากาศ (ศูนย์กีฬา-สวนเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ ฉลองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 50 ปี) ถ. พหลโยธิน แขวงสนามบิน เขตดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีขนาดกำลังการผลิตติดตั้งประมาณ 1 เมกกะวัตต์ ซึ่งจะจ่ายไฟเข้าระบบเดิมภายในกองบัญชาการกองทัพอากาศ ทำให้กองทัพอากาศสามารถประหยัดค่าพลังงานไฟฟ้าได้ ประมาน 1.08 ล้านบาทต่อปี คิดเป็นมูลค่าตลอดอายุสัญญา 25 ปี ประมาณ 25.7 ล้านบาท โดยติดตั้งในพื้นที่บริเวณทิศเหนือของสระน้ำ ภายในสวนสุขภาพ กองทัพอากาศนอกจากระบบ Solar Floating แล้ว บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ยังได้มีการติดตั้งกังหันน้ำเติมอากาศพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ จำนวน และเครื่องอัดประจุไฟฟ้าชนิดกระแสสลับ หรือ AC สำหรับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า ติดตั้งบริเวณลานจอดรถหน้าอาคารสวนเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ กองทัพอากาศ อีกทั้งยังได้ร่วมกันในการศึกษาโอกาสการขยายผลโครงการในลักษณะเดียวกัน เช่น Solar Floating, Solar Rooftop และผลิตภัณฑ์ด้าน Smart Energy ในพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ของฐานทัพอากาศดอนเมือง สำหรับโครงการนี้ ถือเป็นการร่วมมือร่วมใจกัน ระหว่างกองทัพอากาศ และ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่ร่วมกันสร้างพลังงานสะอาด ลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก เพื่อการขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่สังคมคาร์บอนต่ำ เพื่อการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนร่วมกันPhoto By Pattarapong Chatpattarasill---------------------------------------Published caption:: Floating power ...
