» ตัวแทนผู้เสียหายจากการผ่อนดาวน์คอนโดมิเนียมกับบริษัทเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง ร้องเรียนผ่านมูลนิธิเพื่อผู้บริโภค (มพบ.) หลังทำสัญญาซื้อคอนโดมิเนียมแห่งหนึ่ง ตั้งแต่ปี 2562 ซึ่งขณะนี้คอนโดมิเนียมดังกล่าวสร้างไปเพียงร้อยละ 70 เท่านั้น โดยอ้างถึงสถานการณ์การระบาดของโควิด-19 ทำให้ไม่สามารถก่อสร้างได้ขณะที่บางโครงการเริ่มยุติการก่อสร้างแล้ว จากการตรวจสอบพบบริษัทเอกชนดังกล่าวมีคอนโดมิเนียมเพื่ออยู่อาศัย 5 โครงการ ได้แก่ ย่านพหลโยธิน - อินทามระ, ย่านรัชดาภิเษก - ห้วยขวาง, ย่านเอกมัย ย่านสุขุมวิท 71 และซอยลาซาล 17 ทั้งนี้ทางผู้เสียหายได้มีการเปิดกลุ่มไลน์ขึ้น พบว่าผู้เสียหายเข้ากลุ่มเกือบ 400 คน คาดมูลค่าความเสียหายกว่า 100 ล้านบาท++++++++++++++++++++++Published caption::Mothball misery...A buyer shows a document she filed with the Foundation for Consumers seeking help as the condo project in Bangkok she purchased three years ago remains under construction.
